Artisan Food Symposium at UCC

We would like to thank Angela Sheehan & Mary McCarthy Buckley for all the hard work they did putting this event together. We also want to thank Gareth and Emma for the video’s they made which Pete used as part of his presentation. Both Eddie O’Neill Artisan Food Specialist of Teagasc and Eileen Bentley Entrepreneurship Manager Board Bia commented on the videos. Eileen said the video with the chef cooking with our Arrabbiatta Pasta Sauce makes her want to buy this for her dinner on Saturday. Pete did reply saying it is Gluten Free, No added salt or sugar and available in a number of Supervalu’s for €3.49. Darina Allen from Ballymaloe Cookery School turned to Lorraine and said he’s learning quickly!

To top it all off we received a lovely postcard from  Darina Allen who we met last week at UCC. Delighted Darina enjoyed our delicious Blas Na HEireann Double GOLD award winning beetroot chutney and found Pete’s talk at UCCArtisan Food Symposium last Friday inspiring.
